- Electricity

- U.S and Canadian citizens holding a valid passport may visit Curacao for a period for up to three months. Citizens of the following countries should present a tourist visa: Armenia, Azerbeidzjan, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cambodja, China, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Estland, Georgia, Ghana, Guinee-Bissau, Haiti, Ivoorkust, Joegoslavia, Kazakstan, Kenia, Kirgizia, Kroatia, Letland, Libia, Litouwen, Macedonia, Mali, Moldavia, Nigeria, North-Korea, Oekraine, Oezbekistan, Peru, Philippines, Russian Federation, Serbia, South Africa, Tadzjikistan, Toerkmenistan and Vietnam. For a longer stay less than 30 days, a certificate of admission for a temporary stay will be issued upon arrival. Citizens of other countries should check with a travel agent for the appropriate documents necessary to visit. A visa should be applied for at least one month in advance at any representation of the Netherlands. Travellers are required to have a return ticket to a destination outside the Netherlands Antilles, and all the documentation required for that journey.
